There's a first time for everything, so with assistance from the Stillwater Art Guild, I will be putting on my first ever photography workshop!
This will focus on my development process & post-processing techniques using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop. (I'm giving away all my secrets!)

Requirements
- Bring your camera
- DSLR preferred, but point-and-shoot cameras should work fine
- Bring cables for connecting your camera to your computer
- If bringing a computer (optional)
- The cost is $100 for one-on-one training
- Laptop preferred. You may bring a desktop, but be mindful of time constraints for setting it up and taking it back down.
- If you prefer to take notes (without a laptop)
- The cost is $50, but you are encouraged to pick up on any tips given to individual users
- arrange with another guild member to share theirs. (Due to space constraints: maximum of two people per computer)
- Adobe Photoshop
- If you have Photoshop
- Make sure it’s installed and functioning before the start of the workshop
- It must be a "CS" version (Photoshop LE and Photoshop Elements are lacking some of the features that I will cover)
- If you don’t have Photoshop
- Download a free and fully-functional 30-day trial from : http://adobe.com/downloads (hover your mouse over Photoshop CS4 Extended and click "try")
- The download file is 815MB. If you do not have fast internet access, contact me and I will sent it to you on a DVD disc.
- Do not install the trial before Feb 1, 2010. If you do, the 30-day trial will expire before the workshop starts.
- If you have Photoshop
- Adobe Lightroom (technically called “Adobe Photoshop Lightroom”)
- If you have Lightroom
- Make sure it’s installed and functioning before the start of the workshop
- Version 2 preferred, but v.1 will still cover most of the features. (Adobe has released a beta version of v.3 if you want to experiment with it.)
- If you don’t have Lightroom
